If you have already been setup and you forget your password for StreetscapePLUS, you will need to reset your login credentials.  To do so, follow the steps below:


1. Go to your unique StreetscapePLUS address (Example: yourgroup.streetscapeplus.com) and click on the Forgot your password?  If you don't know your Group's unique address - you can use our 'Find Your Login Page' recovery feature here: http://streetscapeplus.com/login




2. Type in your email address (1) and click on the Request Password (2) button.


You will receive an email from StreetscapePLUS with a link that will take you to a secure page where you will be able to reset your password. If you don't get the email immediately - check your spam folder.


If you are not yet a user of StreetscapePLUS - you can request access from your group administrator or use the 'Request Access' link on your company login page.
