The Architectural Inspections process can be different from one Community to the next, based on a unique set of requirements for each. In certain circumstances, the Developer of the Community requires live inspections to be conducted at the location of the home, and in other circumstances, the Developer of the Community accepts photo inspections. 


Submitting an Architectural Inspection Request:

  1. Go to Inspections > Architectural Inspections > Request an Inspection. You will be taken to the Architectural Inspections Lot Status page. 
  2. You can use the different filter options above the lot list to isolate the lot or lots on which you wish to Request.
  3. Once you find your lot, click on the  Request button to move onto the Architectural Inspection Request page.


  4. A pop-up window will come up where you can Download the PDFs needed. Fill in the PDFs in Adobe Acrobat, resave and upload on this page. All forms on StreetscapePLUS® are fillable forms that can be filled out on your computer using only Adobe Acrobat Pro or Reader (free). Once you have downloaded the form click on the Close button to move on to the Request page.

  5. Fill out the page completely (required fields are marked with an *), starting with the Approval Type you wish to request.

  6. Once you’ve attached the appropriate files necessary to make your Architectural Inspection Request OR Photo Review Request (where Photo Reviews are accepted), use the SUBMIT button to complete the process.
