The Site Inspections process can be different from one Community to the next, based on a unique set of requirements for each. We will describe the typical process below:
- Go to Inspections > Site Inspections > Request a Site Inspection. You will be taken to the Lot Status page for Site Inspections.
- You can use the different filter options or search box above the lot list to isolate the lot or lots on which you wish to Request.
- Once you find your lot, click on the Request button to move onto the Site Inspection Request page.
- You will see a pop-up window come up where you can download the PDF/s required to complete your Site Inspection Request. Once you have downloaded the form Application for Compliance Deposit Refund click on the Close button to move on to the Request page. You will need to Fill out the form in Adobe Acrobat, resave the form and upload to complete this process. (if you don't get a pop-up window, there is no application form required on the lot you are requesting on)
- Fill out the page completely (required fields are marked with a *), starting with the Approval Type you wish to request.
- Once you’ve attached the appropriate files (including images) necessary to make your Photo Review Request, use the SUBMIT button at the bottom of the page to complete the process.
