Note - These instructions do no apply where the developer of your community requires that "Live Architectural and/or Landscaping Inspections" be completed. Where Photo Inspections are accepted, the builder must take photos of the completed home and submit them electronically online, in the appropriate area of StreetscapePLUS®


Photos should show:

  1. The front of the house from a few angles, which include how materials wrap around the sides of the house on the right and left sides.
  2. Photos of the side of the house and the rear of the house only where the house is exposed on a corner lot OR backs on an area where additional detailing and treatment are required.


Please keep in mind backlighting etc. and ensure the photos provide a good representation of on-site conditions. In any circumstance where Poor quality photos or insufficient photos are submitted, the consultant will request new or additional photos be taken and submitted. 


All photos should be inserted in the Architectural Inspection section on StreetscapePLUS® (Inspections > Architectural Inspections)
