PorfolioPLUS is a feature of StreetscapePLUS that allows a builder to organize and submit their existing portfolio of home model designs to a land developer or consultant for design review in Architecturally controlled neighborhoods for pre-review.
Designs are reviewed by the Developer or their Architectural Consultant to ensure that they comply generally with the necessary architectural standards. Pre-review allows builders to sell only what will likely be approved, and to accelerate individual approval submissions.
PortfolioPLUS not only reduces the time and cost of Architectural Reviews but reduces the chances that a homebuyer will back out of a pending sale.
