Site Inspections can be conducted at the initiative of a builder or the land developer in order to monitor for injury to any sidewalks, curb, gutter, drainage, values or related utility infrastructure. Doing so regularly reduces the likelihood of damage by attending trades and increases the likelihood of fair allocation of repair costs.
StreetscapePLUS allows everyone with a stake in monitoring infrastructure damages to have a platform that they can use to gather field data and record important observations. Map-based location support, dictated descriptions, video stores and direct photo capturing are all useful tools to quickly and easily gather, store and retrieve damage information.
