PortfolioPLUS is a module within StreetscapePLUS that allows a builder to organize and submit their portfolio of home model designs to a land developer or consultant for preliminary design review in architecturally controlled neighborhoods. Designs are reviewed to ensure they comply generally with the necessary architectural standards of the community or phase prior to the builder selling. This process will ensure the builder that the home they are selling is likely to be approved and will accelerate the processing of individual approval submissions down the road.
To Submit for Portfolio Review
1. Go to Approvals > PortfolioPLUS > Launch Portfolio Review. You will be taken to a gallery view of your portfolio of home Models. If you have not submitted any, you will see only the filters.
2. In the upper right corner, above the gallery of front elevations, select the Add New Elevation button.
3. Select the Model Name - either a new name or if it is a variation of a model already uploaded, select the model and add the elevation name, number or letter. Input the square footage and width of the house. Select Save & Next. The ability to save a private builder portfolio for your own personal use is a feature to come in the future. 4. You will be directed to a page with an unpopulated activity feed, add any pertinent comments regarding the house model to the comment box and the working drawing or front elevation as an attachment. Click Save & Add Communities.
5. In the Communities tab, you can select the phases in which you would like to build this model. Click Submit for Review.
Add a New Phase for Review to an Existing Elevation
Adding a new phase to an existing model is quite easy. Go to Approvals > Portfolio > Launch Portfolio Review. From the gallery of your home models, select the model you would like to update. Within the model, go to the Communities tab, select the new phase/s you would like to submit for. Click Submit for Review.
